Placing Your Order

After you’ve placed your order with us, PayPal will send you an order confirmation. This notice from PayPal also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation from PayPal, please verify that you have completed the payment process on our website.

We will notify you when your order has been shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number so that you can track your order every step of the way!

Shipping

USA orders are fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. International orders are fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail International.

Please note: MooBuzz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” via USPS Delivery confirmation. If you would like extra assurance, please send us an e-mail at buzz@moobuzz.net to request signature confirmation for an additional fee of $2.95 (or the current fee charged by the USPS) before your order is shipped.

Once orders are sent out for delivery, we will send an e-mail with your tracking information.

If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.

Possible Delays

Shipment time is not guaranteed by USPS or by MooBuzz, and we are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery estimate provided by the carrier. If your shipment has encountered an issue, we recommend calling your local post office for the most up to date information. You can also send us an e-mail at buzz@moobzz.net with your Order Number, Shipping Address and Tracking Number to request our assistance with locating or tracking your shipment.

International Shipping

International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving the United States and arriving in the destination country which may contribute to delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left the U.S.

Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these taxes, duties and other fees.

Return Policy

If for any reason you don’t love Original MooBuzz or another MooBuzz product, return the unused portion to us in the original tin. We will refund the purchase price in full, including shipping. If you purchased MooBuzz through our website, we will refund the purchase price and the shipping charge you paid to us when we shipped your MooBuzz. Please complete the return form on our website and send the form to us along with the unused portion of MooBuzz in the original tin.

If you purchased MooBuzz through another retailer, you may return your MooBuzz directly to us in the original tin. We must receive the following information from you before we can process your refund: place and date of purchase, purchase price including the amount of any shipping charges.

Please allow at least 10 business days for us to verify your purchase and to process your refund.

Cancellations

You may e-mail us at buzz@moobzz.net within 5 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation to you that your order has been cancelled. Please note that PayPal automatically deducts a transaction fee that is not refundable when you cancel your order.

Exchanges

If we shipped you the wrong product, we will gladly replace your product with the correct one. To arrange for an exchange if we erred and sent you the incorrect product, please email us at buzz@moobuzz.net and provide us with the following information: order number, date of product delivery, and product name.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you may return it for a replacement if you contact us within 5 days of product delivery. To arrange for an exchange of a damaged or defective product please email us at  buzz@moobuzz.net and provide us with the following information: order number, date of product delivery, and product name. We will be glad to replace the damaged or defective product with a new product minus the cost of shipping once we receive the damaged or defective product from you.

If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please email us at buzz@moobuzz.net  for return authorization and return the original product for a full refund minus shipping cost once approval is granted. New shipping charges will apply when we send you the new item. You do not need to wait for approval before placing any new orders.

Please note we require at least 10 business days to process all exchanges.
